Shipping & Delivery

   •    We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

    •    Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, postal delays) are beyond our control.

    •    Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

Shipping Policy (Alcohol Replacement)
    •    For deliveries within Hobart and surrounding areas, we will include the alcohol bottle directly in the hamper.

    •    For shipping anywhere else in Australia, alcoholic beverages will be replaced with a gift card.

    •    To maintain the gifting experience, we will curate a printed keepsake image of the bottle inside the hamper and place the gift card at the back, so your loved ones can still enjoy the experience of a celebratory drink.

Returns & Refund Policy

    •    Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted sandals, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

    •    If you wish to return your item, it must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

    •    Once we receive the return, we will inspect for wear and tear. If deemed eligible, we will issue a replacement or refund as per your request.

    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a defective product.
