1. Product Information

    •    Our sandals are handcrafted with intricate embroidery, making each pair unique. Slight variations may occur, but we ensure high-quality craftsmanship.

    •    We provide detailed size charts to help you choose the right fit. Since our sandals come with adjustable buckles, width can be customized, but length should be selected carefully.

2. Orders & Payments

    •    Orders are processed once payment is received in full.

    •    We accept secure online payments, and you will receive an order confirmation via email.

    •    Once an order is placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible as we begin processing immediately.

3. Shipping & Delivery

    •    We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. Estimated delivery times will be provided at checkout.

    •    Delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, postal delays) are beyond our control.

    •    Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.

4. Returns & Refund Policy

    •    Due to the delicate nature of our handcrafted sandals, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery.

    •    If you wish to return your item, it must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact.

    •    Once we receive the return, we will inspect for wear and tear. If deemed eligible, we will issue a replacement or refund as per your request.

    •    Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of a defective product.

5. Exchanges

    •    We offer size exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the sandals are unworn and in their original condition.

    •    Exchanges depend on availability, and customers will need to cover additional shipping fees.

6. Warranty & Repairs

    •    Our sandals are crafted with care, but they are not covered under warranty for everyday wear and tear.

    •    If there is a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with images for review.

7. Intellectual Property

    •    All designs, images, and content on Crafti Steps are intellectual property of our brand. Reproduction or resale without permission is strictly prohibited.
